WHAT TO EXPECT

What you Get:
Drinkers receive a 12-ounce insulated tumbler, drink tickets, a pretzel necklace, and lunch.
Non-drinkers get a reusable plastic cup for ice water and lemonade, a pretzel necklace, and lunch.

How Does It Work?
Each brewery will provide 1 or 2 of their spotlight beers.

Those who purchase a ‘Beer Drinker’ ticket will get two tickets to each brewery. Each ticket is good for a 4-5 ounce pour.
Pick the brewery you want to sample from, give them the corresponding ticket, and they will pour into your reusable tumbler.

Those who purchase a ‘Wine Drinker’ ticket will get three tickets with a 4-5 ounce pour per ticket.

What to Bring?
Valid ID, comfortable shoes, layered clothing for changing weather, and of course, a designated driver!
Optional additions: camp chair or blanket for lounging wherever you feel like it, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, sunglasses, etc.

Check-In will be open from 1:45pm until 3:30pm. Participants and walk-ins must be checked in by 3:30pm. Check-in will be located near the large parking lot at the lower entrance to the Richard Grand Recreation Hall.

Parking will be in our main campus. Overflow parking will be across the road.  Carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Food: Enjoy a Louie’s skin-on hot dog, freshly popped popcorn, and a homemade cookie, plus a pretzel necklace!

Games: Grab your friends or make some new ones as you compete in games like: yard yahtzee, giant jenga, bags, lasso golf, giant Ker-Plunk and more! Have a favorite game? Bring it along!

Accessibility: The parking lot is gravel, there is a blacktop path through the camp, and the activities will be on the grassy yard of our main campus. Handicap-accessible restrooms are onsite.
